“Very friendly and efficient staff. The dentist takes the time to explain everything so it’s understood, Lynn was exceptional she was very thoughtful. I needed to take medication and she thought of making the cup of water room temperature which I thought was very thoughtful and appreciated!”
“Let me first begin with saying the dentist, and I’m sure most can agree with, is my worst nightmare. My arch-nemesis. A necessary evil, if you will. Well, Sunday I was having the WORST tooth pain with one of my crowns. By Tuesday morning I knew I would have to schedule an appointment. LUCKILY, Lynn worked some magic to get me in the office right after work, which was honestly a lifesaver. She is amazing. Dr. Cherian is absolutely wonderful. He took such good care of me, I felt nothing, he was very thorough and always making sure I was as comfortable as possible. That night I was brushing, flossing, taking extra good care of my new temporary crown when I got around to the other side of my mouth another crown popped off breaking off most of my tooth with it. I emailed Lynn right away (10:00 PM) and she responded immediately in the morning with some times I could get back in. She is such a joy to work with. She really works hard to make sure you can make it in when you need to, even just squeezing you in. After my dentistry marathon, she gave me a huge hug, and I am confident in saying I am no longer terrified of the dentist. I will always return to Smile Designers. THANK YOU for taking such wonderful care of me during this hell week!”
“Dr. Mathew Cherian is the best dentist we have ever known!!! Professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. We have followed him to 3 practice locations and always will!”
“I’m impressed how friendly the entire staff was. I had a simple routine cleaning and my teeth haven’t felt this smooth, clean & shiny in years! I dreaded getting plaque scraped off my teeth, but my dental hygienist was very gentle and politely explained to me what she was doing to help me feel at ease. This is DEFINITELY a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ office!!”
“Took my kids (3 and 6) for 1st dentist visit and Dr. Cherian went above and beyond after an insurance snafu. I really appreciated their generosity in this situation. My kids are not always the most cooperative but were put at ease and did great.”
